Allied Electric out of Southfield, MI has agreed to purchase OrderSavant Web for Array, the Warehouse Management System for Array, and EIOBoard. Phil, the owner of Allied, has been considering a switch to Eclipse for several months but decided incremental changes for significantly less capitol made the most sense for his business. Savance allowed him to maximize his investment in his existing business system, Array, but take advantage of two initiatives he had. The Warehouse Management system will allow Phil to accommodate turn over in his warehouse by allowing anyone to pick, pack, ship, receive, put away, or count and improve and efficiency quality at the same time. Allied also purchased Savance’s Electronic In/Out Board (EIOBoard) to track employees and allow the receptionist to quickly locate co-workers. They also purchased the kiosk, which they will use to have employees punch in and out each day – facilitating timecards and improving unified communications and presence status.
