New feature planned! With OrderSavant 8.0
Posted by Savance on 13 October 2010 10:02 AM

New feature planned! With OrderSavant 8.0, every document that is printed from the server can now also be exported into a PDF document with a configurable path and file name based on a configurable set of rules. This cuts out the process of scanning documents and can reduce paperwork. A company can even choose to print solely to this method for such things as a billing copy and adjust their workflow to utilize electronic documents rather than relying on a paper version.

Henry Ford Hospital Chooses EIOBoard
Posted by Savance on 05 October 2010 09:38 AM

Henry Ford Hospital has chosen EIOBoard to be their Main Status Board for the Hospital. We will be installing Large Screen Displays and Kiosk throughout the building. This will give both the employee in the hospital and the patients the ability to check in and their status. This will overall improve the communication between the patient and the hospital.

Henry Ford

Large Screen Display

Henry Ford will be using our Large Screen Display for their lobby and entrances. The HDTV can show an entire hospitals status, scrolling marquees, color coded statuses, user information, and much more.  The Large Screen Display will interact with our Kiosks placed throughout the Hospital so Doctors, Patient and hospital Staff can view and update their status from a single location. It will display Doctors, Nurses, Patients and Departments status and information.

Henry Ford will also be mounting our Wireless PC, that can fully run EIOBoard at their location. The Wireless PC also mounts directly behind the Large Screen Display. With the Small PC Henry Ford is able to Host EIOBoard at their location giving them more options such as:

Own the software w/optional support and upgrades
   Can Sync with Microsoft Exchange
   Log all their chats
Import with Active Directory and Excel
  Add Multiple Organization
User Customization and Access to database tables
Wireless Pc Running EIOBoard
Henry Ford has finally chosen to go with our Desk and Wall mount Kiosks. The kiosk will be strategically placed around the hospital so Patients, Doctors and Staff can easily access , notes, wait times, doctors and nurses status, and patients can check-in to let the receptionist know they are there.  This interface can also control door locks and integrate with badge and fingerprint readers.

Major enhancements to warehouse managment modules
Posted by Savance on 13 September 2010 08:58 AM

Savance releases major enhancements to our warehouse management module by providing a means for delivery and signature capture. The features gives drivers the ability to organize a manifest and sort deliveries, load a handheld gun with a manifest, and be guided to each stop. Once at a stop, drivers can efficiently pull the items, capture signature or refuse with reason, and cut their overall delivery time significantly. The system ties nicely into our document management by creating a delivery document with the customer signature and exact delivery date/time in PDF format available for staff or even the customer to pull up at anytime.
