If you are having an issue opening the status board and found this within the kiosk logs: "Could not load file or assembly 'CefSharp.Core.dll' or one of its dependencies." Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

1) Open your Windows settings and navigate to "Apps and Features"

2) Reinstall all of your Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables using the following link for new installers: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-GB/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

3) Repair or reinstall Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime.  You can use the following link for a new installer: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48217

4) Restart your machine

Following these steps should resolve the status board issues and your status board should be able to open properly now.
