If your temperature scanner is experiencing this green screen issue you can follow this guide to repair it.  If you are not confident repairing it yourself you can contact our support team at support@eioboard.com so we can evaluate the damages and potentially repair it.  

Please follow these steps to repair the scanner:

1. Unscrew the 6 screws holding on the backplate
2. Pry the backplate up (may need a flathead screwdriver to help)
3. Reseat the ribbon cable in the image below
   • Flip the black bar up
   • Pull out the cable gently
   • Carefully push the cable back into place
   • Flip the black bar back down
     
     
4. Replace the backplate and 6 screws
