Upon hitting the "Test Connection" button on the EIOBoard standalone client or Outlook Add-in, you may receive this error message:

Test connection failed. Server was unable to process request. ---> Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1). error CS2001: Source file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\eyp3lo5c.0.cs' could not be found error CS2008: No inputs specified ExceptionType: HelperLibrary.PException InnerException>> Message: Error contacting Server. Please check your server settings and try again.

The solution is to grant the NETWORK SERVICE full access permissions to the C:\WINDOWS\TEMP directory on the server.
