To change your Organization Name in EIOBoard you first need to login to the EIOBoard Application or EIOBoard Outlook Interface as a user with EB-Admin security rights. Open the Administrator and click the "Edit Organizations" button at the bottom of the screen. Select the Organization you wish to rename and click "Edit". Type in the desired Organization Name and click "Update". 

Please note that this will not change the Organization Name specified in the Registration section. This is because your license key is tied to a specific Organization Name, amongst other things. The only way to change this name is by uninstalling EIOBoard from your server, contacting us to change the name in our records and give you a new license key, and then installing EIOBoard on your server again.
