Can you use the Exchange Sync feature in the EIOBoard-Hosted version? Posted by Savance on 09 August 2010 01:49 PM
The Exchange Sync feature is only available in the Customer-Hosted version. This is because it is built into the EIOBoard Server program which runs on your EIOBoard server. As an EIOBoard-Hosted customer, you do not have access to this program. You can still integrate with Exchange through the EIOBoard Application Interface or EIOBoard Outlook Interface by using the Outlook Sync feature. You can read more about this feature here.
