The remote server returned an error: (425) Can't open data connection

You may receive an error with the EIOBoard Application Interface or EIOBoard Outlook Interface during automatic upgrades saying, “The remote server returned an error: (425) Can't open data connection.”.  This error is most likely generated because you have a firewall on your system which is blocking FTP traffic.  Our automatic upgrades transfer the latest installer over FTP.  In order to receive these updates you may need to either disable your firewall or add an exception to TCP port 21, which is the port we use for the FTP transfer of the installer.
