It is currently a known issue that creating a Quote in Array, converting to an Order, and converting back to a Quote will potentially not transfer to OrderSavant properly. Our recommended solution is to leverage OrderSavant to do your quoting and ordering and to disable the ability in Array to convert an order to a quote and maybe the Array quoting system all together.
