Savance Enterprise Support

Unfortunately, Savance Enterprise does not currently support copy/paste for both the Qty and Part Number columns at once. Let’s say you have the following item set up:

And let’s say that you copy all three columns (from Qty to Part Number).

If you try to paste this to another row, it will not actually register the item. The Qty and Part Number columns will be correct, but the other columns will not be automatically set correctly.

This may become a hassle if you are trying to copy multiple items. Luckily, there is a simple yet effective work around. Instead of copying both columns at once, simply copy/paste the columns individually. So in the above scenario, I would simply copy all values in the Qty column, paste them where I want the new items, copy all the values in the Part Number, and paste them in the exact same rows.

When copying/pasting these columns individually, all other columns will register correctly. In the above scenario, you would see the following results (an exact copy from row 1 to row 3).
