Open HDR Input File Failed

This applies to OrderSavant with Array integration only. When attempting to convert a quote to the order, you receive the following error message:

OPEN HDR INPUT FILE FAILED

This is due to a firewall enabled on your PC, which is blocking the FTP port. Ensure that you have Telnet, FTP, port 1433, and the SavanceServer port (usually port 8734) open.
