Savance Enterprise Support

This article only applies to organizations that use Array integration with Savance Enterprise.  Sometimes, the order conversion process in Savance Enterprise will fail because of an invalid character in a text box.  Check to make sure that there aren't any out of the ordinary characters in your text fields, especially the comment text boxes.  Invalid characters are generally introduced from copying and pasting data.  Sometimes they appear as an extra space.  Once you have identified the invalid character, you can attempt to convert the quote to an order again.
