OrderSavant Application does not install to All Users

The OrderSavant Application only installs for the Windows user currently logged into the system. If you login to the same PC with a different Windows login the OrderSavant Application will not run. To resolve this issue you need to run the “OrderSavantDeps.msi” installer which can be found in the OrderSavant install directory. By default this directory is “C:\Program Files\Savance\OrderSavant”. When this installer starts it should prompt you for the maintenance option you want to perform. Select that you are doing a “Repair” and click Next through the rest of the steps. At this point you should now be able to run OrderSavant, though you will need to change the OrderSavant settings when the application starts so that it points to your OrderSavant server. Please note that you will need to repeat these steps for each Windows user that will need to run OrderSavant. | |
