Savance Enterprise Support

First, you must login to ringcentral. Now go to Settings, Outbound Fax Settings.  Click on Cover Page.  The best selection is the Modern since it's simple and clean.

To Enable or Disable the Fax Cover in Savance Enterprise, you simply need to check or uncheck the setting from Savance Server Admin on the Savance Enterprise Server.  Open Savance Server Admin, then right click on the server icon in the system tray, then click on settings.  Click on the Fax tab and uncheck or check the "Send Fax Cover" checkbox.

If you wish to further customize your fax template, your only option is to define a custom fax template.  To do that, you will need the desktop application.  After logging in, go to Tools, Desktop Apps.  Click on Download for PC (or Mac if applicable). 

Install the desktop application.  This kb article will help you customize your fax cover page by creating a custom one.  For Savance Enterprise, we use the To Name, Phone, and Fax from Savance Enterprise as the name of the person, phone and fax in the document object (such as a quote or an invoice), and the From Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, and Fax from Ring Central.  This template will be used for everything though, so you may wish to avoid hard coding things that may only be applicable for your main location or one of your branches.

Finally, you must configure the default fax cover in your ring central account settings.
