The Tri-Cities Chaplaincy (a.k.a. The Chaplaincy) will be building a new facility and need to keep track of employee's in/out status. With this solution they will be able to use the touchscreen display and swipe card to check into and out of the building.

"Our new facility will have two entrances (one near the Receptionist's desk and the other on the side of the building). We will have three people answering the phone (the Receptionist and two backups) who will need to know the in/out status of employees."

Children's Hospital of Central California Teams with EIOBoard

Children's Hospital

The Children's Hospital of Central California has teamed up with EIOBoard to implement a Patient Check-in Kiosk system. Patients will have the ability to self check-in using a colorful, custom-designed display that is being configured specifically for their hospital. Patients will be welcomed with a nice greeting message and asked to continue in English or Spanish, then they are prompted to enter in information about themselves, then choose the department that they have come to visit. Staff will be able to track incoming patients from the time they arrive to the time they leave along with maintaining a history for audit purposes. With this type of system, other options can be used throughout the building including a large screen display that can show the entire hospital team statuses and allow nurses and doctors to see who is in their waiting area.

Raytheon chooses EIOBoard for their Emergency Roll Call Solution

Raytheon has chosen to improve accountability and security by choosing to purchase our Offline and Punch Solutions. The Offline interface will help them in an emergency situation by providing up to date information without being connected to EIOBoard. With our ability to use existing hardware, we are leveraging Raytheon's current badge readers to communicate with our EIOBoard system. What Raytheon was looking for? “We are looking for a solution for digital headcount for emergency evacuation. We are interested in a wall-mount touch screen or badge swipe input, windows mobile devices for headcount personnel, server software, and client application licenses.”

ConocoPhillips chooses EIOBoard

ConocoPhilips Something that helps set EIOBoard apart from any of our competitors is our ability to bring a custom solution to life. For instance ConocoPhillips came to us with needing a better way for their business units to communicate and update their current status information, as well as to better managing their employee Check-in/Check-out via a Cell/BlackBerry. They also needed an easy way to update their status by sending a text message in addition to being able to quickly send a text from our software. We are currently working together with them to bring that custom solution to a reality in the near future.

Henry Ford Hospital Chooses EIOBoard

Henry Ford Hospital has chosen EIOBoard to be their Main Status Board for the Hospital. We will be installing Large Screen Displays and Kiosk throughout the building. This will give both the employee in the hospital and the patients the ability to check in and their status. This will overall improve the communication between the patient and the hospital.

Henry Ford will be using our Large Screen Display for their lobby and entrances. The HDTV can show an entire hospitals status, scrolling marquees, color coded statuses, user information, and much more. The Large Screen Display will interact with our Kiosks placed throughout the Hospital so Doctors, Patient and hospital Staff can view and update their status from a single location. It will display Doctors, Nurses, Patients and Departments status and information.

Henry Ford will also be mounting our Wireless PC, that can fully run EIOBoard at their location. The Wireless PC also mounts directly behind the Large Screen Display. With the Small PC Henry Ford is able to Host EIOBoard at their location giving them more options such as:

		Own the software w/optional support and upgrades
		Can Sync with Microsoft Exchange
		Log all their chats
		Import with Active Directory and Excel
		Add Multiple Organization
		User Customization and Access to database tables

Henry Ford has finally chosen to go with our Desk and Wall mount Kiosks. The kiosk will be strategically placed around the hospital so Patients, Doctors and Staff can easily access , notes, wait times, doctors and nurses status, and patients can check-in to let the receptionist know they are there. This interface can also control door locks and integrate with badge and fingerprint readers.
