EIOBoard is announcing the new enhanced support area. We have included an extensive knowledgebase and ticketing system. You can now submit and track support issues through EIOBoard.com site under Support or at http://support.savance.com. 

Savance completely redesigned the Browser Interface in Version 7.0. The new interface has a clean new look that is more feature rich with added benefits. Please visit our Helpful Tips page to get you acclimated.

Savance has officially released Version 7.0 to our EIOBoard-hosted customers. Features include: Application goes .NET, Outlook Add-in Includes all Features of Application, Completely Redesigned Browser Interface, Reporting in Application, Read More.

EIOBoard-Hosted customers will be prompted to upgrade to Version 7.0 for the Application and Outlook Add-In by the end of the month.

Customer-Hosted should see Version 7.0 as part of their support and renewal agreement sometime in February. Contact us if you are interested in an early beta.

Savance announced a new referral program to encourage existing customers to refer prospective customers. The program entitles anyone who refers someone who tries EIOBoard to a $5 gift card of choice for both the referrer and the one who referred them.
