EIOBoard is announcing the new enhanced support area. We have included an extensive knowledgebase and ticketing system. You can now submit and track support issues through EIOBoard.com site under Support or at http://support.savance.com.

EIOBoard-Hosted customers will be prompted to upgrade to Version 7.0 for the Application and Outlook Add-In by the end of the month.

Customer-Hosted should see Version 7.0 as part of their support and renewal agreement sometime in February. Contact us if you are interested in an early beta.

Our new Microsoft Exchange Sync feature allows you to automatically sync some or all of your Exchange Users' Calendar directly from your EIOBoard Server.  Syncing from the client app or Outlook is no longer required. Read More

As Microsoft releases Office 2010, Savance stays committed to ongoing development by adding support for the newest version of Outlook. Be on the lookout for a release of the Outlook Add-in in 2-4 weeks that will have full support for Outlook 2010. If you're an early adopter that can't wait, we suggest that you use our feature-for-feature twin, the application interface.

EIOBoard has released 7.0 to EIOBoard-Hosted customers with many new features and benefits. We have created a Releases Page describing all the new changes and updates. We have upgraded and added several areas you might not be aware of.

Customer-Hosted clients will be notified via e-mail when version 7.0 is ready for their download.  Customer-Hosted always lags EIOBoard-Hosted due to the requirement to build and test an Intranet installer and to allow time for additional bug fixes that come out of our EIOBoard-Hosted users putting it to the test.  If you're a Customer-Hosted client, be on the lookout for an e-mail later this month or next!
