How to reset Cookies for Eioboard

Sometimes an error or update may make it necessary to clear the cookies and cache on eioboard.com to get rid of old data. You can do so without wiping your cookies for any other site you visit by following the instructions before:

Firefox

1. Go to the web address for your EIOBoard installation( eioboard.com/eioboard if Cloud-hosted or ServerNameOrIP/eioboard if on-premise)

2. On Firefox, just clock the lock on the left side of the address bar, and choose the "Clear cookies and site data..." option

Chromium Browsers(Chrome and Edge)

1. Go to the web address for your EIOBoard installation( eioboard.com/eioboard if Cloud-hosted or ServerNameOrIP/eioboard if on-premise)

2. On any Chromium Browser(this includes Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge), first click the lock on the left side of the address bar

3. Then once you press Cookies you can remove cookies from the sites
