How to Set Staff and Visitor Question Profiles in Kiosk.

In the Kiosk, you can set both the Visitor and Staff question profiles separately. This means you can make two different question profiles, one for staff, and one for visitors, or have both set to the the same question profile.

 

Visitor Question Profile

  1. Open the Kiosk Settings
  2. Go to Visitor Management -> Questions
  3. Select the Profile you want Visitors to be asked.

 

 

Staff Question Profile

  1. Open the Kiosk Settings
  2. Go to Status
  3. Check 'Ask Staff Questions'
  4. Select the Profile you want Staff to be asked.
