Azure Data Studio: "Execution failed due to an unexpected error: Position is outside of file line range (Parameter 'line')"

The manual upgrade script will fail when running the EIOBoard manual upgrade script from Azure Data Studio. Azure Data Studio is not support at this time. Please run the manual upgrade script from SQL Management Studio or SQLCMD to see the desired results. If you need to run the manual upgrade script from Azure Data Studio, please modify the end of line (EOL) characters to match the expected EOL characters. This should resolve the issue.
