What are the replacement options and does the maintenance cost cover a replacement of the Kiosk?

Our policy is to stand by the manufacturer's warranty and as long as you are in support, we will help facilitate manufacturer warranties, and then provide you with the best options. If you are outside of the manufacturer warranty, unfortunately we are not able to offer extended warranties on hardware.

 

For replacements, you have two options. 

  1. Warranty Repair through manufacturer: You can go through the manufacturer, and they will generally have you ship in the hardware for repair. You are just required to pay for shipping to send your defective unit, and they will typically cover the return shipping.
  2. Order a spare: For the price, if it is critical, you can also order a spare so you can swap it out as needed and wait while the other is repaired.
