The error “Execute with results failed for database _______ is caused when the SQL credentials are for a user with too low of permissions to perform needed tasks. The EIOBoard installer runs an upgrade script on the master database referencing the SolutionSavant database. To resolve the error, first gather the connection information from the web.config file located in the path “C:\Program Files (x86)\Savance\EIOBoard Server\EIOBoard” You will then be able to increase the permissions on the SQL server for this user so that they can execute the DB upgrade script.
