How to Re-enable or Retrieve Reports for Disabled Users

To get a report for a disabled user you need to re-enable them. Go to the Users Tab in the Administration panel. In the lower right hand corner you will see a checkbox labeled Show Disable Users.

Web

Go to Admin->Users to see the list of all users

Then you can click the Menu Icon to expand the search filters and Check 'Show Disabled Users'

Then the disabled Userswill search in the list as crossed out, and you can go into their page by clicking the Edit icon to Enable them.

 

Desktop App

Check that in order to display the disabled users.

Then find the user you wish to run a report for. Click on their name and then click enable.


When you are done running the report re-disable them.
