How do I Deploy Settings with the Registry?

To deploy settings which apply to the user currently logged into the PC you can push settings out to HKEY_CURRENT_USER. You can also deploy settings which will apply to all users that would log into the PC by applying the setting to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
