How to Obtain Support for Fingerprint Devices

Getting started with your fingerprint scanner Savance will support and provide documentation on the initial setup of connecting the fingerprint scanner to the kiosk. Device issues If the device seems to be malfunctioning or has some issues regarding the hardware, the manufacturer should be contacted directly. 

For the L-1 Identity Solutions fingerprint scanning devices, you need to contact Bioscrypt technical support at 888-940-7477 or cscenter@morpho.com with the following information. You will want to include:

  • Name of Company

  • Company Address

  • Contact name, Number, and Email address

  • Serial number of the reader/unit

  • Problem with the reader/unit
