EIOBoard issues with Smooth Wall

If you are using the Smooth Wall firewall on your network, this will potentially cause issues with EIOBoard, depending on how it is configured. If you are unable to connect your application or if you are trying to activate the Kiosk and it is timing out, you are probably receiving HTTP error code 100 in the Real Time Log View when EIOBoard is trying to access the web service. An example can be seen below.

In order to fix this, you will have to disable strict filtering. This can be done by going to the Advanced sub section. Once you are there, disable HTTP Strict Mode and have it restart. Your EIOBoard software should now be able to successfully connect to the Web Service.
