If you login to EIOBoard and do not see certain users that you know are in the system, then you are probably filtering users out in the Search or in the Groups. By default, the location that the user is a part of is automatically selected as a filter so they'll only see people within their location. We do this to allow for scalability, increase overall performance, and decrease overall bandwidth usage. If another location or All is selected, this setting will be remembered until it is changed again - even after closing and restarting the application. So to fix this issue, follow these steps:
v10 Web
- In EIOBoard, click the search bar on the side of the screen to bring up the Search pane.
- Make sure that the filter is set to show all users. Everything should be set to <None>, <All>, or blank as seen below.
- Lastly, as seen below, make sure that you have the All tab selected above all the usernames. Another reason why users may be hidden is because you are filtering based on groups, and you will be able to see all groups by selecting All.
