Why Is "Do Not Prompt For Upgrades On Startup" Grayed Out?

On the General tab in EIOBoard Settings, you may notice that the "Do Not Prompt For Upgrades On Startup" is both checked and grayed out:
This is controlled by the Company Setting called "Only Prompt For Required Update". Unchecking this setting will allow you to uncheck "Do Not Prompt For Upgrades On Startup". This will essentially check for minor upgrades every time EIOBoard is launched and will notify you when one is available for download.
