How does the Outlook or GroupWise Synchronization work and where can I access it?

Outlook or GroupWise Synchronization can be accessed in the Application interface for EIOBoard.

To access it:

  1. Click on the My Status button in the upper left-hand corner of the Application
  2. Then click the Calendar button on the bottom left-hand side of the screen
  3. Alternatively, you can select Calendar and/or Sync in the More menu of the Settings:
  4. Once the EIOBoard Calendar screen appears, you can then click the Outlook or GroupWise Sync button and then put a check box next to the items you want to synchronize, change the item's status then click synchronize.

Or, you can use the Outlook Add-in to synchronize any agenda items by using the Auto Sync feature in the user settings, or by clicking on the Sync buttom to choose any calendar items you want or need to synchronize into EIOBoard.

With EIOBoard, you have many ways to make sure your status keeps updated and current!
