Issue Addressed In Later Release

Our Savance team is constantly working hard to ensure EIOBoard is giving our customers the best possible experience.  The issue you are having has been reported in the past, and the solution has been applied to a later release of the software.  Have your system administrator upgrade your EIOBoard server and clients to the latest version to take care of this issue.  Please note, your personal computer cannot be upgraded until your server is upgraded.  You can find the latest release of the software here:
