There is a known issue with version 7.1 of the EIOBoard Browser Interface when using the "Remember Me" feature to login.  If a user with "EB Receptionist" rights logs in they are able to change the status of all users.  However if they use "Remember Me" to login to the Browser Interface, they cannot change the status of any user. 

Our developers are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.  In the mean time there are several options to use as a workaround:

1. Have the user login through a link similar to the following:
   http://YourEIOBoardServerNameOrIP/Login.aspx?UserName=ReceptionistUsername&Password=ReceptionistPassword
2. Do not use the Remember Me feature. 
3. Give the user "EB Admin" rights (but be aware this will give them full admin access). 
4. Use the EIOBoard Application or EIOBoard Outlook Interface.
