This article addresses the issue where you get an error message saying “The operation failed” when attempting to synchronize your EIOBoard Calendar with your Outlook Calendar.  The error will look similar to the following:

This error indicates that EIOBoard is unable to read the Outlook appointment.  If this error persists, we recommend doing a repair/reinstall of Outlook/Office.
