After installing the EIOBoard Outlook Interface, you may be prompted to continue the installation when Outlook first opens.  The message will state that a verified publisher is trying to install an add-in to Outlook and prompt you to continue.  This is a requirement by Microsoft to ensure that the office add-ins are valid and not malware. 

This article is specific to Outlook 2007, but may affect other Outlook versions as well.
