It is possible to suppress the name of an Outlook Appointment that is marked as "Confidential", "Personal", or "Private" when they are synchronized into EIOBoard.  To do this, you simply need to check the corresponding checkbox on the “Calendar Sync” tab in the EIOBoard Settings.  If the Outlook Appointment is marked as "Confidential", "Personal", or "Private", and the EIOBoard Calendar Sync Settings are configured, the Future Status will come across with a Comment of "Confidential Event", "Private Event", or "Private Event", depending on what the Appointment was set to in Outlook.
