How does the Outlook and GroupWise Synchronization work and where can I access it?

Outlook and GroupWise Synchronization can only be accessed in the Application version of EIOBoard.

To access it, click on the My Status button in the upper left-hand corner of the Application, and then click Outlook or GroupWise Sync at the bottom of the screen. Once the Calendar Synchronization screen appears, put a check box next to the items you want to synchronize, change the item's status, set a auto return status if applicable, then click synchronize. You may also set up auto syncronization by going to the settings and clicking the Automatic Syncronization tab and setting the appropriate settings.
