EIOBoard Application or Outlook Add-in will not start with Spector 360 Installed

A customer has determined that after installing the Spector 360 client  version 7.0.7414, EIOBoard will no longer run and errors on startup saying it cannot find a DLL in the temp file (File or Folder not Found).  The DLL has a different name each time and is always missing from the users’ %temp% folder.

The customer is contacting spector and trying a new build so we will update this article if more information is obtained.
