Does the mobile support Droid or Android?

Yes. The EIOBoard Mobile Interface has specifically been tested on this device:

Verizon HTC Incredible (Model ADR6300)
Android: 2.1-update1
SW Number: 1.22.605.2
Browser Version: Webkit 3.1

However, all droid/android phones with Internet access and javascript should be fully supported.
