How to change the Support To e-mail address for the help desk request

In either the EIOBoard Application or Outlook Interface open the Administrator and click the Company Settings tab.  Next click the "Edit" button, enter your e-mail or distribution group address for the "Support To Email Address", and click the "Save" button. 

If you are using the EIOBoard Browser Interface open to the Administration page and go to the Organization Settings section.  Next click the "Edit" button, enter your e-mail or distribution group address for the "Support To Email Address", and click the "Save" button. 

In addition if you are a Customer-Hosted user you also need to make sure that your EIOBoard Server program (which runs on your EIOBoard server) is configured to send e-mail with valid SMTP server settings in order for e-mail to get routed properly.
