How to Manually Close out of Savance Enterprise when Using Cloud or Terminal Services Session

OPTION 1 - IF YOU ARE CONNECTED VIA REMOTE DESKTOP SESSION

If you are using remote desktop, you can actually just go to the start menu, then type "Log Off" and select that to log off your active session and kill any open sessions of any application running including Savance Enterprise.  Alternatively, you can right click on the start menu and select Shutdown or Sign Out, then Sign Out to do the same thing.

 

 

OPTION 2 - IF YOU ARE CONNECTED VIA REMOTE APP

If you are connected via Remote App, you must ask an administrator or be an administrator to kill your session.  Open Task Manager while logged into the app server (you can do so by right clicking on the task bar and selecting "Task Manager").  Click on Users.  Find the user session(s) and right click and select "Sign Out".
