Savance Enterprise Support

You may experience display issues with the Savance Enterprise application.  For example, text may be cut off in menus or windows.  The screenshot below is an example.

This issue is caused by improper Windows display settings.  You can check these by right-clicking on your Desktop and choosing Screen Resolution.

The lowest screen resolution that Savance Enterprise supports is 1152x864, so if it is set lower, please raise the resolution or attach a better monitor.  Another setting you should check is "Make text and other items larger or smaller".

Savance Enterprise also does not support increasing the size of items beyond the default 100%, so if you have it set higher, you will need to change it back.  If the text on the screen is too hard to read when you do this, you may consider lowering your display resolution, as shown above, as long as it is set no lower than 1152x864.
