Delete Items From An Order

This knowledge base article covers how to delete an item from an order after conversion. Open the order, right-click on the line item you would like to delete, and click the Cancel Item order. You will notice that the item will remain on the order. However, the quantity will change to zero. Also, the Allocated total for that item, if you had the item in stock, will also be returned to zero and will become available for another order.
If you look at the shipper, the cancelled item will have a line running through it.
You cannot cancel an item from an order that's already been posted to the picked stage or beyond. Instead, you would post the shipper containing the item to the Unreleased stage. To do so, open the shipper, hit the Post button, and choose the Unrelease option. This will automatically cancel the item and cross it out for you.
