Add Notes to Quotes and Orders

Savance Enterprise allows you to add internal messages to a quote or order. Please keep in mind that Notes are different than Comments, which are discussed in the following knowledgebase:
In order to use notes, open up the quote/order and go to the Quality > Notes.
To add a new note, click the Add button. This brings up the screen seen below. Simply specify a Subject, Type, and Message. The different types of message don’t change the note at all, but it is simply more information for other users when they view the note.
Click Save to add the Note. You will see your new note pop up in the Notes section. To open an existing note to view its details, simply double-click on the note.
