Changing The Ship To Address

There are multiple ways to change the ship to address for a customer or order.  This article will be covering the different ways to accomplish this.  On a quote or order, simply go to the Ship To tab and key in a different address.  Please note, the address that is keyed in from here is order specific.  This means that the account's ship to address will only be changed for this specific order.  Subsequent orders will use the default Ship To address that is configured for the account.

 

 

You can also manage and select a saved ship to address.  Hit the select button.  The screen below will open.

 

If the quote has already been converted to an order, the Ship To information will be grayed out.  You will first need to unlock the order before you will be able to edit it.  To do so, simply hit the Unlock Order button on the Order tab, which is found within the History tab.
