Savance Enterprise Support

In Savance Enterprise, you can export Quotes, Orders, RFQs, Purchase Orders, Return Requests, RMA's, Vendor Returns, and RTVs to a variety of different file formats.  These include Excel, Word, PDF, and Rich Text files.  To do this, first have the quote, order, etc. open.  In the Order menu, choose the Print Preview option.

Next, choose which print template you would like to use.  Afterwards, the print preview window will display your document.  In the upper-left hand corner, there is an "Export to file" option.  Hit that button.

Now simply give your file a name, choose a format, and save to your PC.
