How do you unlock an order?

Sometimes after converting a quote to an order, you may need to go back and make changes. You may encounter this message:
Simply go to the History tab and hit the Unlock Order button. This will allow you to make certain changes to the header, bill to, ship to, etc.
Please note, you will not be able to delete line items completely. However, you will be able to make adjustments or cancel items. You are also able to add new line items. Be sure to hit the Save button when you are done.
