There is a service that runs on the server called “BSSavant”, which stands for Business System Savant. This system must be running and this software must be logged in. The first thing to check is if the system is logged in. The second thing to check is if this software is running. Another anomaly we have seen relates to having two instances of the software running (now prevented in future releases). This usually occurs when users open up different sessions over remote desktop.
The next thing to check is if the log of the BSSavant by right clicking on the pencil and saying View Log. This will show the history of the imports. Finally, you can go to settings, make sure the imports are enabled and make sure the real-time imports are enabled.
Make sure you can connect to the Array Server. Log on to the Savance server and try to ping and/or FTP to Array @ Deleting all the files using rm does not work and returns parameter list too long
How to "Sync it Back Up" Once you figure out and address the problem, you need to get the system back in sync. If it's the same day, you just need to kick off the import again. To do this,
If multiple days have passed and you need to sync up orders and POs, you'll need to create an export on Array to cover the missed days. You should consult Savance for more information on how to do this.
