Auto Indexing not Working with Savance Enterprise's eDocs

  1. Auto indexing is not working – and after entering the order number, the account name and PO does not come up.

    a. This is related to the import engine on the server not running. Start the engine and manually export/import the data in accordance with the following kb article:

  2. Auto indexing is not working – and after entering the order number, all the information for that order comes up.

    a. This is related to the system identifying the barcode. Compare the DPI, brightness level when document was scanned, and page size to the sample originally used when setting up the workflow, if these are different, correct changes and continue.
