How to Clear Out eDocs

Existing Indexed Records From Database

Open SQL Management Studio, choose the edocs database (typically SolutionSavant), and execute the following command “TRUNCATE TABLE eDocuments”. Take caution on this command as it DELETES everything that has ever been indexed with the edocs system.

Existing PDF Files Previously Indexed

Delete all the files and folders specified in the Send To Folder process in the workflow.

Files Partially Processed

Delete all the folders/files in the Captured folder in the C:\Program Files\eDocSavant (or whatever specified during installation)
