Savance Enterprise Support

On the Shims AIX system:

1. Login to shims, typically savcob, savcob or savance, savance
2. Type uv to get into universe
3. Type BUILD.SAVORD.SPECIAL
4. Type y to “Remove SAVORD.TXT” prompt
5. Enter the starting date in mm/dd/yy
6. Type quit to exit out uv
7. Type exit at the aix command prompt

On the Windows Server

Once the AIX system has finished it’s export, continue with these steps:

1. Login as administrator using RDP with the /admin or /console switch (to take over the desktop session)
2. Open BSSavant from the system tray by double clicking on the computer/network/world icon
3. Click on Settings and Click Import Now
4. Click OK to the settings and minimize BSSavant
5. Close the RDP session but keep the session open and logged in

All orders should back in sync!
