Capturing Savance Enterprise Client Log File

Sending a Savance Enterprise client's logs can be very helpful to Savance's development team. There are two ways to do this.
Using the Savance Enterprise client The first (easier) way to capture the log files is to do so through the Savance Enterprise client. If you would like to use the Savance Enterprise client to do this, follow these steps:
Sending the log files manually You can also send the log files by manually locating them and e-mailing them to Savance's support team. To do so, follow these steps:
If you set the location to something other than the default location, go there.
